Terms & Conditions – K-Star Legacy

By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or attending training at K-Star Legacy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Participation & Health

Members confirm that they are physically fit to participate in Muay Thai training and related activities.

Members must inform coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect their training.
All members participate at their own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

Muay Thai is a contact combat sport and involves inherent risks including but not limited to bruising, cuts, sprains, fractures, and concussion. By participating in training, members acknowledge and accept these risks.

3. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Star Legacy, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal property occurring during training or while on the premises.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

4. Gym Rules

All members must:

• Follow coach instructions at all times
• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Use equipment safely
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and training gear

The gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for unsafe behaviour, misconduct, or failure to follow gym rules.

5. Sparring

Sparring is optional and must be conducted safely under coach supervision.
Appropriate protective equipment must be worn where required.

6. Membership & Payments

Membership fees must be paid in accordance with the selected membership plan.
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Missed payments may result in suspension of membership

7. Cancellations

Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice. Membership remains active during the notice period.

8. Personal Property

Members are responsible for their own belongings. The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional or educational purposes.

Members may opt out by notifying the gym in writing.

10. Agreement

By signing up, purchasing a membership, or attending classes at K-Star Legacy, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
